How to open the RDP in the remote connection? (V5.1.1 - V1.6.0)
In case of Remote Service, Arenal can connect to the system in two ways:
FTP (File transfer)
RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol)
If one of both do not work, then the settings in the display are incorrect. If both do not work, then it could also be the settings in the router.
In the latest software of the C7X analyzer (v5.1.1 - v1.6.0) follow the following steps:
1. Press
>5 secs on any place on the screen
2. Press
Settings
3. Press Network
Settings
4. Press
IP Config at the bottom right
4. Change the settings as above and APPLY on both sides
Then press Press
Home (top right)
5. Press
Services
6. Make sure RDP/VNC on ON.
Then
Press FTP Server Setup (bottom right)
7. Set
all settings to ON, like above. And Press X (top right)
