The USB sticks that we supply are industrial and they never failed. If you use your own USB stick, note that we did tests on them and they all failed the test. So make sure to create a copy of the content of ours before you use it.
We have three active solutions, one with a In a Proface HMI, the other with a Cimon C7E HMI and the last in the Cimon C7X HMI.
In the ProFace, when the USB stick was lost and could not be found, then insert a new USB stick in the analyzer and press SAVE. Two init files will be created on the USB stick. The file from the probe "114..." can be requested by Arenal.
This file is send to you by email or WhatsApp or Skype. Copy this file to your USB stick and then remove its extension ".dat".
When the analyzer does not contain the settings as
above (for example after
a software update), then follow the instructions to set the SG, density, TSS and
temperature in the attachment (KWR-7QA03-935).
In the Cimon C7E or C7X you are also able to copy the data from the USB stick to the internal directory of the analyzer, as it is a Windows based HMI resp Linux based.
Anyway, find the 3 files: INITPRM1.csv and INITQA03.csv file and the 114... calibration file.
Copy the files from the USB stick on to its root.
Restart the HMI, go to the Configuration Menu in the analyzer. Press Ultrasonic Density Transmitter. Press Calibration. Select the 114... file. save.
Check the settings in the enclosure. I hope this helped you finding and solving the issue!
