What is the best place to mount the density sensor and the thermal massflow meter?

What is the best place to mount the density sensor and the thermal massflow meter?

Hello,

The point of installation is very important for a succesful measurement. In the datasheet you find all information about it.

The minimum velocity for the density sensor of the flow shall be at least 1 feet or 30 cm. If you expect a lower velocity, please let us know.
There is no maximum velocity for the density sensor.

The minimum velocity for the thermal massflow sensor of the flow shall be at least 1 feet/s or 30 cm/s. If you expect a lower velocity, please let us know.
The maximum velocity for the thermal massflow sensor of the flow shall be 5 meter per second.

Never hesitate to contact us for assistance and clarifications.

Thanks,
Arenal Support Team

The maximum pressure of our SSiC sensor (QP015-UDP-SIC-LT) is 80 bar. This is not officially tested, but tested during an indicative test. We could test it on higher pressures on request. For higher pressures, like 600 or 6000 bar, we can create a ...
