Question: If the RMM (QM146-RMM-GSM-WVPN-WIFI) is not, or cannot be connected, but the customer wants us to get access to the analyzer, how can Arenal connect to to the analyzer remotely?
In that case you have two options.
1. Use our LAN VPN modem in between the network of the client and our analyzer. In that case the VPN will establish a VPN connection to our separate secure network and we can access this router by a VPN connection. After checking the keys, we have a direct connection to the analyzer.
2. Use AnyDesk. Download it to the laptop connected to the analyzer.

Share the AnyDesk connection number and give us access when it is requested. We can access this laptop/PC and get access to the analyzer.
Always change the IP address of the HMI according to the new network.
